Unfortunately, in this digital age, it is becoming harder and harder to connect. We at RG Solicitors have to hold out hands up and admit we could have done more over the years.

But no more! This has now all changed.

It makes sense to us that we share what we can do within our community and for us to provide services that you want in the way you want them, we have to connect. So that’s exactly what we’re doing.

Our aim is to share our knowledge on how to protect you, your family and your assets by providing information on how to legally put your financial affairs and personal wishes in order.

Even to this day we are still surprised that there is this belief that a Lasting Power of Attorney is for elderly people or if you don’t have a Will it doesn’t matter because everything will go to your spouse, sadly both of these perceptions are wrong.

There is so much we want to share with our community when it comes to legally protecting yourselves and your loved ones during your lifetime and not just after death.
