Customer Service Executive - Sidcup
We require an experienced individual, with excellent customer service and soft sell experience to join the expanding Customer Service / (Soft) Sales Team.
You must have excellent Customer Service, sales and communication skills, both verbal and written.
You will need to be a team player with drive and energy who are used to a high level of telephone work (Telesales exposure may be beneficial). You must be able to prioritise workload, recognise and meet essential deadlines and be flexible whilst possessing excellent organisational & IT skills (MS office).
PRINCIPAL TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Dealing with clients from both B2B and B2C perspectives.
• All aspects of customer account management.
• New account support.
• Quoting & quote conversion (soft sell).
• Quality control processes and procedures across the company
• Associated administration.
