As a manager dealing with financial complaints I often see how wrong things can go and the stress and aggravation that can cause. Therefore, I just wanted to drop you a quick email to say how impressed I was with the service provided from start to finish. Moira, Susan and Tony have been excellent - especially over the last few weeks. Always polite, friendly and very helpful. However, what impressed me most was the ability to always speak to someone straightaway (or to receive a call back very quickly). When time is of a premium that was invaluable. I will certainly recommend your firm to friends and colleagues.

We just wanted to say thank you very much for all your hard work not only this week but during the last months, it’s been a stressful time for all of us and you have worked tirelessly getting us to this point. We sat at home last night very relieved, but not actually sure it had happened. It’s still in the back of my mind someone could still pull out, not till I have the keys in our hands will we know for sure.
Your company and staff is something to proud off; all the staff we’ve dealt with are fantastic, very diligent and aware of the client needs. You worked for my sisters purchase in Pinner to which she speaks very highly of you. I will continue to recommend you to anyone that asks. We’ll want to sort out a Will once we are settled so hopefully this is a service your company also provides.
